All seasonal prices stated apply per night for the apartment/room for an occupancy of up to 2 people.

Additional costs - included, such as the initial supply of bed linen and towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning.

Car/Bike parking space - included. Reservation not necessary.

WiFi - included

Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation or firm booking 25% of the total price is due, the remainder up to 2 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation of confirmed reservations 25% of the total amount is due up to 2 weeks before arrival, any later 80% of the total amount.

Recommendation: Travel cancellation insurance (e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung AG)

Each additional person in the room/apartment: 25.00 EUR per night.

Light Breakfast in the Panorama Lounge: 7.50 EUR per person

Additional Cleaning of Room and Bathroom
Basic (including change of towels): 12.00 EUR
Full (including change of towels and bed linen): 20.00 EUR

Pets (on request): 8.00 EUR per night (Breakfast room excluded)

Tourist tax (for guests over 18) of 3.30 EUR per day is not included.

Arrival: from 3:00 p.m.
Departure: until 10:00 a.m. - Departures after 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the latest are only possible in consultation with the reception. This extension is billed at 50% of the room rate.

Key takeover: Detailed information on how to reach us and key handover procedure will be provided with the reservation confirmation.

Self-catering: The apartments are self-catering apartments.

Non-smoking policy: Out of consideration for our guests smoking in the rooms/apartments is prohibited.
The costs which are caused by violations will be billed.

Cleaning: The apartments are to be left as found or broom-clean.
(Washing up kitchen dishes is not part of the final cleaning).
